Technique
1. Lie down on floor on your stomach .
2. Join both elbows and make a elbow stand and
place chin on palms .Lift chest up and keep legs together .
3. Inhale and fold one leg at a time and then both
legs .While folding heels should touch hips .Repeat this 20 or 30 times .
